Tuffney Performing Arts work within schools/Universities as part of our education and outreach programme, some of our recent work is listed below.

We are available to hire in Dance, Drama, Singing and Musical Theatre for one-off sessions, a short course, a school term, we tailor our classes to suit your needs, just contact for for more information or to discuss your project.

Chehsam Park Community College

Tuffney Performing Arts Academy has been working at Chesham Park Community College for the duration of the Spring Term 2011, teaching two of the BTEC Performing Arts units Bollywood dance and Ballet as part of the final vocational qualification. We also taught the curriculum Year 7 classes and the Year 7 enrichment sessions with the theme of Asia, which culminated with a performance to family and friends.

Kylie continues to run an extracurricular Ballet class at Chesham Park for school students only, the students have performed some of the pieces at the Gym and dance Display 2010 and 2011, 'Unite' at the Wycombe Swan, and at the TPAA end of year show 2010.

The Grange, Pupil Referral Unit

St.Mary's C of E School, Amersham

One of street dance teachers, went along to St.Mary's for a one-off hour long session, as an introduction to the dance module in the national P.E curriculum.

Buckinghamshire New University

Kylie teaches an ongoing adult dance fitness class at Buckinghamshire New University on Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:15pm, available to both member of the university gym and to the public. The class is a complete workout programme combining the best of dance and fitness. Burning calories and toning muscles while learning basic dance movements and sequences. This class shares the bonus of combining fun in learning the discipline with a great cardio workout and core exercises, and hugely beneficial in reducing blood pressure, sculpting a new body, strengthening and toning muscle groups and having a great laugh with friends. No previous dance experience necessary.
